Size is not the only property you can (should) consider:
time of compresion (even if done once), compression recversion facility, and

some of them.
But one other proprerty you should consider: Slowing of the .exe execution is 
also important!

Maybe because I'm used to read Italian national echo, where rule are more 
strict on topic (and in quoting, siging, taglining .... size also!) )
