Very nice work, Bob --
Good eye there -!
I am curious as to the program you used to make your thumbnails and image
files for your web site. A big problem I have had is having thumbnail images
that are basically just as big, file size wise (at least I think they are),
as the full size images one would go to after clicking on the thumbnail.
This of course makes the loading time for thumbnail pages to be longer then
it should be.
Yes, there are still many of us cretins out here with dialup connections. I
inquired about DSL, but am one mile out of range (!) I could go with my
cable TV's cable modem service, but the cost combined with what I pay now to
my ISP for my email address and web site hosting would be much more then
it's worth.
Anyway, curious about your thumbnail (image shrinking) program and to say
Nice Work!
Carl
Your camera did pretty good on all auto-program/white balance. My D1x
(Nikon) would have made the same images about a stop too dark (in
program/auto white balance). It's maddening -! Expensive maddening too!
