Tuero's seat safe?

(29-Oct-98) - Gian Carlo Minardi has been in Buenos Aires to meet with a
number of sponsors following the announcement by the FIA that the
Argentinean Grand Prix was to be dropped in '99.

Rumours have circulated suggesting that backing from a number of
Argentinean sponsors might be withdrawn from Esteban Tuero, the teams'
Argentinean driver.

However, the team have announced that a number of sponsors have pledged
continued support for both the driver and the team.

Tuero was also at home in Argentina where he has spent several days
recovering from the flu.
