 Define good.

 Handicapped spots are not always those closest to the door,
 often further away. Handicapped spots are set up for wheelchair
 access, so they tend to be near the end of the ramp, not the
 door.

 The main requirement for a handicapped space is room to get a
 wheelchair alongside the car, and access to a ramp in the door
 is not at parking lot level.

 BTW, that's why handicapped spots have those no parking spaces
 alongside or between them. Wheelchair access.
