Good idea.

I used to stop in and use the trap and skeet range just south of the
Mirimar Air Station in San Diego. It was supported by those officers and
enlisted men on the base with an interest in it. The public was welcome to
use the facilities, but you couldn't become a member of the shooting club.
Disallowing the public to join meant that you had to pay 'non-member'
fees.

They may use the old German single-shot rifles that takes two men and a
boy to lift.
