It's possible, my tiel won;t SHUT UP! I live in OK, and it's been in the high 
80's most of the time, and today we're back into the 90's weather man said
96 degrees is the hi, Balth (which would be the tiel) has been a great kid,
I have to move her into a room with out a fan though, she lives in the living
room with us and the fan is right there, I'm going to move here into my
office, so we kan turn the fan on in the den, I'm afraid to use th fan even 
on 
low with her in there, I don;t want a sick bird, I kan;t afford it. She 
already get's irritated nasal passages all year round, and I have to keep the
meds on hand for that, and well, my avian doctor is a very good, but VERY 
EXPENSIVE one.
RIP THE SYSTEM!
