This is neither DOS/Win3.1 (command.com - 4dos.com) nor Win95 standard.

The window mode that I srtongly prefere for DOS applciation under Win* ;-)

But you open a generical 4dos windows, and than run DESC.EXE from the 4dos 
prompt, or you run DESC.EXE directly from Win95 (With an icon, I think).
