If there is something coming on that I will miss because I'm away or that I
may want to record to add to my collection, I simply set the DVD recorder
for the time, pop in a new disc and as Ron Popeil would say, "Set it
and forget it."

You have a different setup than I have, so that may be the reason.

I had such a program, but don't know what became of it.
