Landon, if you look at the backing plate of GM drum brakes, you will see a
faint outline of a standard knock-out as found at the rubber plugged front
adjustment hole (if equipped with front drums). Sometimes the BFH and a
punch will get them out. Otherwise, drill it out to size so you can put a
plug in it.
