And you'd be filing those charges; or attempting to file them from a
jail cell.......or on bail.  AND if you managed to get them filed they
would be dismissed.  The government is not prohibited from taking your
property........................only if it takes your property without
just compensation.  As for the insurance, if your car has plates on it
it's supposed to be insured.
