there is no 100% security... you'd get closer to 100% if you spent
thousands of dollars on a TEMPEST equipment for your  computing
environment so  that you could control the EM radiation that escaped so
that the men in the white van around the corner can't monitor your
computing... or you could use your computer in a huge vault and entice
your local governemnt to protect it with armed guards and a couple of
artilary units...
or, in keeping with the encryption theme, use a real time disk encryptor
instead of pgp...
