 Stupidity.

 It isn't rocket science how drug companies harp on any 'disorder'...
so to sell more drugs.

Sheeze if you have a sleeping disorder, examine your life style. Are
youg getting enough exercise? Physical work does help us sleep better.
I know this is true for me. I always sleep better after a busy active
day... but okay if you can't be physically active there are other ways
to get yourself to sleep ; to obtain needed rest. You can listen to
music... Oh wait if you are deaf or hoh then you could read ao boring
book... if you can't see then you could chant a mantra like what I do
sometimes  ..the old Sominex (TM) jingle. I never took those pills
but found the jingle helped me go to sleep on nights I had too much on
my mind and couldn't sleep though I was tired.


:) How's that? In short: be leery of what ye read my friends.... yah.
First question to ask is : Who's profiting.

 Stress is part of life. There are ways to deal with it. There's the
druggie way which is short term and you often end up addicted to the
drug (ie: booze) and there's the natural way of finding natural ways
of relieving stress; of not BECOMING stressed in the first place... :)

happens"...
