As I sated in another post I did for get that but I
also pointed out that Article IV Section 1 states; "the
Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in
which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be
proved, and the effect thereof."  From the way I read
it that means that the congress could pass a law
stating that from this point forward CCW would now be
an act, record, and proceeding which is covered by
Article IV Section 1 of the US Constitution, aka the
full faith and credit clause.  Bingo every state in the
union with CCW's would be required to honor a CCW
issued by any other state.
