I've never heard of any Zone 7 in FidoNet, even all the way back
to the "good ole days". I believe it was only 1-6.
Anyway, what's the difference between "no longer in use" and
"decommissioned"? Seems like the same thing, unless there is some
formal process which decommissions them.
