Those are my sentiments about the man.  After the Saints won the Super Bowl
last night and I got to hear Benson's little speech on the stand during the
award ceremony, I almost choked.  The man has been wanting to move the
Saints to SA, but the league, and presumably some other force, won't let
him.  I worked for him for a few months after he bought out Mike Persia
Chevrolet in New Orleans.  He called a meeting of all employees for after
work when he officially took over and told us we'd all have to start over
again.  No more two week vacations and you were eligible for a one week
vacation one year from that night.  AND, anyone who didn't like it could
move on.  A month later when I gave my two week notice, they sent four
different people to my office to talk me into staying.  I told them that my
loyalty was to the company as owned previously and there was no room in my
life for liars and carpetbaggers.
