If you let history hold you back, you are never going anywhere.  I've heard
this all too often in the workplace 'Well, it didn't work 20 years ago, so we
decided to never, ever try again.' Everytime I hear that, it makes me want to
work twice as hard to make it so.

We have to let go of the past, and what happened back 10-20-30 years ago.  None
of that is relevant anymore. We have new technology, new people and new ideas -
and it's time to start investing in all of that.
