believe that this has something to do with the doublign of CO2 in the
atmosphere in the last century.

 *MAY*? Where did you get that from? It *may* even be caused by
aliens moving the Universe, or wankers shooting in opposition to
rotation... but it's not. For Christ's sake! They're measuring time
against an atomic clock, so either the clock sped up or the earth
slowed down. That's the whole thing...
