Nah -- not a BIG deal -- but an important small one, as it ignored the
possibility of the "dual-use" for a given symbol by hateful
individuals who have some sort of OTHER claim to the symbol.
(And actually, I think some hate organizations have tried this ploy in the U.S....)
Bottom line: This still begs the question about the USE of the symbol by
those with hateful intent... given that it has an alternate use.
