Initially, I only tested BF's theory/instructions with his server, and gave up.
 But TB 60.5.3 looks right with YOUR server.  Plus, the +getaccess+ ng is very
smart (which a couple of other jamnntp based servers that I had initially tried
have adopted).   KUDOS to you!

And, thank you for restoring my faith in the fidonet to jamnntp to ng solution.
