Well, if you want to program in Windows, a better option will be to get
Visual C++. It'll speed up application development a lot.
In any case, you can program in Windows with C++ (I use the DOS Turbo C++
compiler). You just need to include the right libraries (I don't think
they are available in the "default" package).
Anyway, look for other peoples' comments on this. I am not that much into
Windows programming with C++. I prefer Visual Basic instead. :-)
