WinPoint is an odd mix of English/German for sure.  I received a tonne of  
help with it in the last year or so.  Maybe try to get a rescan of the  
POINTS echo and look for the WinPoint threads.  You can also dig up old

The icon toolbar design is very good and quite modern.  But you can adjust  
some font characteristics from Extras/Options/Display.
