HI Val,
-> Julia I arranged all my embossing powders and glitters into my new
-> tower containers. I was amazed at the quantity of stuff I have.
-> I have 84 different kinds of embossing powders and glitters. I think
-> I better get busy and try some of these out don't you? Would you
-> believe I still need more white puff powder and at least one bottle more
f
-> clear powder. My psychodelic ep had been standing in for the clear ep
hile
-> I was waiting for the order to come. I was SO glad to see that clear ep
-> arrive!
I would have to take a count of the various ep's that I have... but I
believe you have more than I do! 84!!!! Wow! I am impressed... Like you
I have any number that get used more than others. While others do not
get used with any frequency. Right now I am clearing up things so I can
get to some of these new colors and textures.
-> I need the white puff so I can get my christmas cards done.
I like the white puff powders too... and the others are really nice to
add a special touch to a small area of a composition.
-> I sent off 10 cards to someone in Tennessee that I met in a chat room.
-> She loved them and I may have another order coming from her mom.
-> I'ts been nice to have something to occupy my mind while I'm waiting for
-> Wallmart.
GREAT! It is thrilling to be able sell some of your cards... I know
every time I have sold some I get soooo excited! I have not been
selling many cards lately as I have been so swamped with so many other
things that have been taking up my time... but it won't be long before I
am up to par.
-> Oh, I do have two questions. The glitter called "Green Ultra Fine
rystal"
-> sure looks white to me. How does it get green?
The Crystal glitters are all white like that with flecks of the fine
green... This green will show through when reflected away from the
glitter. I know the first time I ordered some of the "Crystal" glitters
I was suprised when the "gold crystal" was white... but then I could see
the gold flecks in the glitter and the effect is very subtle but also
very dynamic! I found rather quickly that I liked the "crystal" flavors
quite well for many of the things I wanted to do... On winter cards
using the green crystal glitter can give you the illusion of grass under
the snow... and the blue a crisp sky and clouds... they definitely do
not look anything like the "regular" colors we are use to seeing....
-> What is the difference between Pirate Gold and regular Gold and what is
-> the difference between Sterling Silver and just plain Silver?
There is none at all... these are just the names that the company that I
get my EP's from calls this product in their product line...
With any EP's you will find there are 1. Transparent 2. Opaque and
3. Tinsel. The gold and silver are opaque... while there are also the
Gold Tinsel and the Silver tinsel available. The transparents are you
pearls, clear, and even the red of this line is a transparent and by
using various inks with the transparents will give you some very
different and stunning effects.
Well it is after midnight here and I am going to try to get through
the mail here before I go to sleep for the night. I have been busy today
with doctor appointments and going grocery shopping... and then a choir
rehearsal this evening... so a very busy day... Tomorrow I will get to
rest up some before I dig right into some other project that is awaiting
my attention.
Julia
