Does any have experience with this board.  I trying to get two more serial
ports here.   The x-10 on com 1 ,  Modem on com 2 ,work fine. Apc on com 3 
ot
recognize are want commciate .  Spent close to a hour reading the book
for I got started setting all the jumpers. I'm pretty sure they right.

Rmview shows that sio loades the drivers but the com3 & com4 want
communicate with the programs are interface of the apc.  And dos comm
