Dick, thank you for your comments regarding the second start up article from 
the Homebased Business Report.  It is such a pleasure hearing from people and 
reading about others' perspectives.  I appreciate your comment specifically 
regarding the contract and working with a lawyer.  In regards to zoning 
regulations: I would like to know what city-state you are in and what your 
regulation looks like.  I do a lot of work in Minneapolis trying to educate 
City Planners about homebased businesses.  Have you had bad experiences with 
Zoning?  In Minneapolis, there is no policing done by the City...it is all 
done by neighbors.  If a neighbor should complain about something, then the 
City would send out an inspector.  All in all, I have recently been quite 
pleased at how interested the City is regarding homebased businesses and 
economic development...they seem to not want to hinder the development of 
homebased businesses, knowing that we are a vital part of any community, 
city, state economic development.  They seem to take us seriously, but I will 
know a great deal more when I see a draft of the rewrite.  Please respond
