Mr.  Nold,
I'm not sure what you got out of my statement but your corrected version
is roughly  the same thought that I was trying to communicate.  I did
make some employee's feel uncomfortable but you can't give everyone the
keys to the store on the first day. However many employee's that treated
us with respect and had the companies best interest in mind were
rewarded well.  I'm not an idiot,  I'm not going to say it never happens
but I'm sure that most people that give their all get good treatment in
return Sorry if I mislead you.
