 record would be a name, an address, a city and a phone number -all
 these would be one record) or one _field_ (eg: a name is one field, and
 address is _another_ field). If it's the field, then in your table
 you pick for index Yes ( NO duplicates).
 Maybe you should give me an example of a duplicate and non-duplicate
 situation.
