 I realize this maybe a bit off topic [sorry Sue] but here I have put 
together  a system policy that is part of the membership package. In that 
policy I have  a warning that anyone breaking both the system policy and any 
of the echo  policies as set by the moderators loses their privileges. It is 
a shame that  something like this has to be included but it seems to be 
neccessary these  days.
