Hi! andrew, In a message to David Drummond you wrote: RG>>>> Unfortunetly it is also about the only means of filesharing RG>>>> between Linux and Windows available, as such, we just learn to RG>>>> live with it. When we were running NT 2000 Prof at work, the only way we could share files around the office was by email, since we weren't allowed access to any shares on machines. Yuck! I got around it by running BinkD on each machine, with 'fileboxes' for each other configured as desktop folders. So, we simply dropped files as needed into the desktop shortcuts and off the file(s) whizzed to the appropriate machine on the BinkP magic carpet. :) BinkD runs on numerous operating systems. It's marvellous for file-sharing, BTW. =:) Cheers, Paul. --- Radius 4.010-2004/04/21_Beta* Origin: Humpty dumpty was pushed.
