Doesn't even have to be its own OS. Just a bunch of infected files on a hard
drive will do.
Take off one wheel- this is the important part. Leave it parked outside
Bob's place on the footpath for a couple of weeks. He'll take it in trying to
fix it.
The damage would have been done by this stage, he would have fixed it, looked
at the contents, and infect half his machines, before putting it out again
realising that he didn't need a wheeled PC in the first place.
