it all depends on the attitude at the top. If the people running the show
believe the way you get to the top and stay there is by building a better
mousetrap and to do that you have to listen to your customers then nobody
is ever going to complain that they are the best. Who could complain about
a company who gives you exactly what you wanted?

That's the attitude that MS lost. Google will have a harder time isolating
themselves from their customers, they don't sell thru stores or reps.
