Senegals are very nice parrots that belong to the poisephalus family. They
are generally quiet birds that make screaching sounds and can learn to talk.
If its a wild bird you will have trouble getting it to even step on your
fingers. And watch out for their very powerfull bite. At four years of age
they are perfect for breeding. If I were to buy it, It would be for breeding.
Do you now the sex of the bird? If its a female and $300 or less
it will be a good buy. Males are cheaper than the females. Again I state that
if its a wild bird it should be used for breeding. If you have any more
questions reply or E-mail me at webepets@icanect.net .
