You mention another topic. Garlic is an apatite stimulant. I can't
stop eating it, but if I notice the spare tire getting bigger, I tend
to lay off it for a few weeks.

Yes, a couple of small plots are not too much to keep up, but it's the
 metabolism I'm looking for you to kick-start. (I'll offer to kick
 start you on my next visit to Van. O|-) 

Like I said, traversing the floor with a flyswatter for progressively
 longer times can be very rewarding *and* therapeutic. Heck, if you can
 eat lunch from the proceeds, all the better.

You did mention the right is less affected, so try to turn your arm in
circles, try to kick a well-deserving friend in the butt. Any martial
artist worth their weight would LOVE a challenge, if you might like to
sign up for a few classes.
