You mention another topic. Garlic is an apatite stimulant. I can't stop eating it, but if I notice the spare tire getting bigger, I tend to lay off it for a few weeks. GP> That's hardly an aerobic exercise! The way I garden does. (Double dug most this spring.) Yes, a couple of small plots are not too much to keep up, but it's the metabolism I'm looking for you to kick-start. (I'll offer to kick start you on my next visit to Van. O|-) Like I said, traversing the floor with a flyswatter for progressively longer times can be very rewarding *and* therapeutic. Heck, if you can eat lunch from the proceeds, all the better. You did mention the right is less affected, so try to turn your arm in circles, try to kick a well-deserving friend in the butt. Any martial artist worth their weight would LOVE a challenge, if you might like to sign up for a few classes. GP> The closest I get is when I go to my laughter yoga group meetings, but GP> not so much now that I have to travel a few suburbs in the cold & GP> damp autumn nights. . . *sigh* Ya, and I can't tell you to get out and shovel the snow, now. Can I? ... resistance is futile (if less than an ohm) ___ MultiMail/Linux v0.46 --- Maximus 3.01* Origin: -=-= Calgary Organization CDN (403) 242-3221 (1:134/77) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 134/77 140/1 106/2000 633/267 |
