had quoted Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro.  AS you
know, the Venezuelan dictator does not speak English.
Here is what he really said, in his own tongue -

I have no idea as to how to say that in Finnish.
Or Swedish.  Or any other language, as it seems to
