can't pick out appropriate but all in all correct. I have had my fair share 
of office visits over use of "discretion. Funny, I had a heart masny tims and 
it caused me my problems. EWvery time it was NO MORE WARNINGS but heart 
kickedin. and back to office. Funny how a break at whatever level comes back 
to haunt too frequently. I was instructed once to not tell the butthole what 
I would be forced to do if he didn't comply. but was told not to warn people, 
just do  TR> ticket and learn the hard way.
