Yes. both have mailers - Mystic comes with the installer archive, you may have
to download binkit from CVS. I haven't done a fresh install of Synchronet since
my initial install in 2004, so I'm not sure.

It makes for a nice progression - Synchronet comes with setup for a QWK
network, giving a new sysop the bug to want to add more networks.
