Hello, I jumped in because I had a pair once. They were not proven when I got 
them but Six months later they hat three eggs. Hatched all three and raised 
the babies exelently. Nandays are very prolific and good parents. If
your hen has had two clutches, touching their pelvic bone will surely reveal 
a wider space than the males. I know that this is not an exact science, but I 
have been very accurate in sexing birds in the past. I ussually tell my 
friend at the pet shop what he has whenever he has any doubts. Where do you 
live? I have a friend here in Miami thats selling 4 proven pairs of nandays.
