Hello Barbara,
Sory to hear that most of your birds were on vacation. Don't feel alone
though, me friend with the two double yellow heads, and the two gray pairs,
had no babies this spring. She only got babies from a pair of sun conures.
She, like I mentioned, will be selling all of her birds soon because of
health problems dealing with age. She's allready selling the proven double
yelow heads for $1800 with rod iron cage and nest. I have a frind that
probably wiull buy the sun conures. She has one of the two pairs of congos
for sale. I think that this pair is unproven. I sold my pair three weeks ago
to a retired man that lives in Live Oak Florida. He is buying and setting up
a few pairs of only grays. My blue fronts I just sold yesterday. Its sad to
give up on birds that one really likes. But I have to face the fact that I
just can't keep big birds in a third story balcony. Since I sold these two
pairs, I can't trade any more. Sorry. If you want to talk to my friend let me
know. I'll Email you her phone number. She paid high prices on her birds when
she got them. Therefore she won't give bargain deals. But you too might
work something out. I asure you that her birds are well taken care of. She
practically lives for them.
Well, It was nice talking to you. If I ever feel like driving six or seven
hours I'll let you know. Take care.
