 You think so? Why dump C31 (after 11 years) and leave Public Access
TV off the air for 18 months? If C31 was so bad, why not let them run
a while longer (it was fought powerfully in court btw) or put the new
channel on C33 (or wherever)?

 I assume that Stokes or Packer paid Johnny Liberalcunt to dump
public access entirely. It will never return while Packer/Fox owns the
Libs.
