Hello Carroll,

The flash was the model 643CS. GN is 212 with ISO 100. I
agree...it's the best kept secret of the flash world. I've
had good results at 300+ ft and the computed wink light
gives amazingly natural looking fill light. I've got 2 of
them and watch eBay for them. A few have recently gone
through there at widely ranging prices. I doubt you'll
easily find one prior to the wedding, though. Quantum made
a rig for them in conjunction with their Quantum 4 battery.
They tend to eat batteries when pushed a bit and have a
really loud scream to them, too. The original synch cord is
rather light duty and I've gone to good Paramount cords for
mine.

The closest modern unit I've seen is the Metz (45?) handle
mount with wink light. I've heard good things about them
but they require some inve$tment.
