Someone once mentioned about a birth archives in Dallas. We are planning on 
going back up there in September and would really like to go there. Does 
anyone know where it is located?  Also, does any one know what kind of 
information we need to really find out anything to help my husband find  more 
info on his birth parents. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.]
