Well dang, that sounds good!  I have to watch the cholesterol (it's fine
now) so I avoid cream cheese, although some of the light versions are good.
 A bagel with pb and wheat germ sprinkled on it perhaps with banana slices
sticks with me a while.

My wife is the bagel connoisseur and taught me about real bagels, not those
bread thingies.  The best shop in the area recently closed, likely because
most locals prefer the crappy bagels.  We use to go there on Saturday
mornings and I'd get a "breakfast plus" which was egg, canadian
bacon, and cheese on a sesame seed bagel.

Now I'm really hungry!
