When my cholesterol went way up I decided certain foods really are poison
by this criteria.  I do my best to eat what is healthy for me, but it can
sure be hard sometimes when eating out, etc.  I try to keep it simple, and
ANPB is a mainstay these days.  I even have some here at work for when we
do have bagels.
