I'm interested in the QOS, how close to the max saturated is the service,
how often do you get the "upto" speeds?

How about outages/down times? Frequent/infrequent? It's not like on a
dedicated T-1, where people on that service get priority in getting their
hookup back. Typically, when cable modem service goes out, it's to a whole
area, and there's nothing to do at the individual site level to get it
back.

Currently they're on a DSL line from Mega-Path, which is continually
troublesome, with lots of QOS issues.

I can get a T-1 into the office for about $450/year, with guaranteed 1.5mb
both ways, all the time, since it's not shared on the cable channels.
