 You might try an email to Jerry Gause, gpgause (at) pdn (dot) net.
 He is running a telnet connection, using Maximus as the BBS behind it,
 and with OS/2 as his operating system.  I suspect that he is using SIO
 and Vmodem to accomplish it.
