Yep!!  My father in law rebuilds houses as a "hobby".  About 6 years ago, he 
bought a 50 acre farm on RT63 in York that had a basket case house on it.  He 
rebuilt the house and lived there for a while before buying a 100 year old 
two story in Avon and rebuilding it.  They just moved into the Avon house. 
The farm was next to the parents of the owners of Genesee Valley Morgans. The 
buyer of the farm is a current boarder there who is going to move their horse 
to the newly purchased farm after they add some horse facilities.  The "new" 
Avon house is about a mile from GVM so it's very convenient.  And, Smokey is 
a Morgan/Quarter Horse cross who will look right at home on a Morgan farm.
