I'm sorry to hear about your lip being nit. One should never be that trusting
witha any bird unless its a hand fed and extremely tame subject. Where do you
live? It seems to me that even $298 in too much for that bird
specially if its not a hand fed baby. Is is green or yelow?
I don't mean to put your hopes down at all. Its just that pet shops can get
so gretty at times. I know because I've worked in one and I understand the
purchase and resale consepts that most owners go by. I have two indian ring
necks weaned already that I sell for $100 each. These are the green off
course. The yellows here go for about $200 each. These babies I hand fed
since three weeks of age. I have not given them the necessary attention
therefore they bite me sometimes. But these were supposed to have been sold
allready. I had five, from the wich I still have these two. Well, good luck
training this bird. And remember, don't be neglective on yourself. Don't kiss
her or let her be on your shoulder. These two things should be done only when
both of you fully trust each other.
