It is my experience that users, unless they frequent and area all the time, 
are absent minded.  I've opted to display a RULES.BBS everytime a user enters 
a *.MSG area which is actually a private fax area.  I'd bet a GIANT MOTHERING 
PUMPKIN that if I didn't display the proper procedure for users to follow so 
my system would fax their requests out after they logged off that I'd have 
questions about how to do it or worse, my sysem would be dialing Pizza-Pizza 
because it hadn't been explained to them.
