   He is only informing you that for sorting, the standard
   library provides adequate provisions to where general sort
   code is mostly not as well-designed nor as effective.
   It is a valid point of view, which you may or may not
   eventually share, depending on your direction and progress.
   If it seems out of place, file it away and let it rest.
   It will eventually make sense or it will fade from memory.
   I hope my C++ treatment of the bubble sort was helpful.
