Well in that case I think you might be paying a bit too much then.  I only

$225 a month for Malla.  She is in Walworth right now.  It is a small place 
but
the owner is a super person.  She does everything including turnouts daily,
feeding and cleaning stalls daily.  She has a nice indoor areana to ride in 
and
there are places to go on trail rides too.  The only real problem I have with
the place is that she has used almost all of the land for the horses.  She
didn't leave any for cars to park.  Or at least not enough.  She lets me keep
my trailer there for free also.  I do have a bit of a time getting it turned
around in her cramped parking lot though.
-> We are seriously looking into Genesee Valley Morgans and will be visiting
-> them this weekend.  They're in Avon, about a mile from where Smokey is 
ow.
-> They have more flexible boarding "plans" and I think Smokey will like the
-> place. We drove by the other day to kind of see what the fencing and
