Hello Debbie, I have a pair of the green indian ring necks. And I also have
two almost weaned babies from those parents. The adults barely even scream.
They tent to only a little in the morning and now and then troughout the day
but nothing bad at all. The babies that I keep indoor, are a different case.
They see me, I have to let them out so that they could shut up. Other than 
this its my opinion that they are very quit birds.
